North Cyprus The (TRNC) Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus
covers the north shore of the eastern coast of the island of
Cyprus. A favorable climate which promotes health and energy
perfects this bounty. Lovers of history and archeology can view
9,000 years of the past through a wealth of historic sites and
monuments.

Kyrenia
Situated on the north coast of the island Kyrenia’s natural
beauty makes it a showcase for the TRNC. It’s a peaceful,
restful place, for escaping the hustle and bustle of city life.
One of the town’s most interesting historical monuments is
Kyrenia Castle which was built in the Byzantine period. Lusignan
and Ventian additions strengthened its defensive power and they
still stand to this day. Beside the Castle is a marina and all
along the harbour can be found open-air restaurants, bars…etc
which offer Turkish Cusine and other dishes.
